Contracts start at IDR 800,000 per unit per year (Basic, quarterly cleaning). Standard plan is IDR 1,400,000/unit/year (6 visits). Premium plan is IDR 2,200,000/unit/year (monthly cleaning). Multi-unit discounts apply for 3+ units.
Can I pause or cancel a maintenance contract?
Yes. Bali AC Service contracts can be paused for up to 3 months (e.g. if you're away from Bali) and cancelled with 30 days written notice. We'll prorate any unused services.
Do maintenance contracts cover emergency repairs?
Maintenance contracts include priority emergency response. Labor for emergency repairs is discounted 20% for all contract clients. Parts are charged separately at standard rates. Contract clients jump the queue for same-day response.
How many AC units can be on one contract?
There is no minimum or maximum. We have single-unit contracts for apartment owners and 50+ unit contracts for hotels. Multi-unit pricing starts at 3+ units with 10% discount. Contact us for a custom quote for larger properties.
